Same day delivery in Bangkok & Phuket 

Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering.

• We deliver 7 days a week from 9.00 am - 9.00 pm.

• Our standard delivery hours are 9.00 am - 9.00 pm (Feel free to leave us a message anytime)

• We have same day delivery guaranteed for orders received before 5 pm local time on weekdays and before 4 pm local time on Saturday. (+7GMT). • Please order the flowers and complete the payment prior the delivery time at least 4 hours.
  
  
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order, however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our standard delivery hours of 9 am - 7 pm but we do guarantee that your order will be delivered on the delivery date specified.
  
  
• It is important that we receive a contact telephone number of the recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem. We will only call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver. 

• Completed orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except for damaged items. For exchanges due to damage, please submit photo or video evidence within 1-2 days of receiving the item to hello@aprilflora.com. Once confirmed, we'll promptly deliver new products to you.
